During the Post-Republican Period of the Ancient Roman Civilitation,Cousins, Trajan And Hadrian, Both Argued over wether the Roman Empire Should Start Spending More Money on Other things, Like advances in Technology...Or Spend more on The People. Trajan wanted to create Much more, Advanced Armies and Weaponry... But Hadrian Ordered For no Advance in weaponry, as the City had just overcome a famine,saying the Empire was not yet advanced enough for it, to keep up with the Economy, else it would fall.

Both Parting there Seperate ways, Trajan Created A City deticated to Being more advanced armies than any other City within the Roman Empire. Hadrian on the other hand create a City deticated to keeping the Balance of wealth and Arms, To try to keep its Self Safe.
